Should Children Clean Their Classrooms?

After reading 'Fifita's New Broom' the Avengers had to decide whether or not they agreed with the statement 'children should clean their classrooms'. Who do you agree with?

Children should clean their classrooms

I agree with this statement because if several children clean the classroom they can learn how to use teamwork with different areas being allocated to the children. Another reason is that they can learn the importance of doing chores.

I agree that children should clean their classroom because if you are one of those lazy children and all you do is sit on the couch and watch TV it would be a good opportunity to do chores for once. Another reason that children should clean their classroom is that children could learn how to make a broom. One final reason that children should clean their classroom is that the school would not have to hire janitors, which would save money.

I disagree with this statement because if children clean the classroom they may get too tired and if they have any after school activities they may not be able to complete those to the best of their ability. Another reason why I disagree is because in some countries there is more dust than in others and if the children have to clean all that dust it may waste precious learning time.
